Death Knights As WoW Gold Machines

Death Knights can be fierce and intimidating fighters. But most people don't realize that Death Knights can also be the key to making piles of WoW gold really fast. Don't believe me? Keep reading and I bet you'll change your mind.

The key to using a Death Knight as a money-making machine is the fact that they start at Level 55. That means you can create a Death Knight alt, and with only a few hours of questing, have a Level 60 character ready to go. This is important because at Level 60, your character can quickly train any profession to its top skill level (450). And that opens up all sorts of possibilities.

The basic idea is to train your new alt in one of the Crafting professions. Then your primary character can gather resources which the alt crafts into more valuable items. For example, if your primary character is a Miner, and your alt is a Jewelcrafter, it would go something like this:

The primary gathers raw materials and provides the alt with the resources needed for Jewelcrafting. Anything that doesn't go to the alt gets processed by the primary in the most profitable way available.

The alt then processes what the primary sends in the most profitable way available, perhaps sending finished products back to the primary, forwarding them to another alt with a different set of professions, or whatever else makes the most sense.

As you can imagine, a gold guide comes in really handy as you try to figure out how best to allocate professions and process specific raw materials through your team of primary character and one (or more) alts. This strategy doesn't work so well if you try to give the Death Knight gathering professions, so let your main character handle the gathering and the alt take care of the crafting. Using them as a team, you'll be able to quickly generate masses of gold.
