In every case, in order to get the Maple Story 4th job, you need to talk to the NPC you spoke to in order to get the 3rd job advancement. Then you'll be told who to meet to get the 4th job. Take Heroic Star and Heroic Pentagon to your 4th job advancement NPC and he'll give you a new skill book. Talk to him again and he'll give you your new job. You'll be rewarded 3 skill points and 5 ability points as well. To get most of your 4th job skills, you have to do quests.
