The 4 Golden Rules of Power Leveling in World of Warcraft

1). Team Up

Find a group of people to help. You should get a tank and a healer. If you are a hunter class, you should get 2 'tank drain' builds. Experimentation on what works for you is also recommended. This is not only useful for grinding, but also for questing. If an quest stated 'kill x-amount of monster', you should get a group of people that are doing these quests also.

2). Quests

Do quests when they are rewarding. You should get as much quest as possible in the surrounding location. Do them all at once and return to collect all their rewards at the same time. This way you will save a lot of traveling time. You should get 5 levels above the quest level. This will help you to fulfill them as fast as possible

3). Grinding Spots

You should grind green monsters. You can easily kill these and you can kill large numbers of it. It may be tempting to grind stronger monsters. Only do this if you are sure you are not going to die. The best grinding spots greatly depend on your class, gear, stats and race. Hunters need other spots then rogue's to grind for example.

4). Track Performance

No matter where you grind always check your performance. How many experience are you gaining per hour? Be truthful to yourself when it comes to this, as tracking performance will lead to faster leveling speed. It hard to do this manually, but there are a lot of good alternative to the clock and the brain.
